LENE has work with the best team to capture and display our products as accurate as possible. However, as every gadget’s screen settings may differ from one another, there MAY be a difference in the color.

All of our products are made from delicate fabric and it is best to dry clean or hands wash our products.

We are NOT responsible if there is any damage after you have worn or wash our products.

LENE believe in outstanding craftsmanship for every product we made; however every woman’s curves may differ from one another and if you wish to make a slight alteration of our products to fit your figure please do let us know.

SHIPPING

We are not responsible in the loss of packages after JNE delivers them to the designated addresses.

We are not responsible if there are delays upon shipping your package once your package has been dispatched to JNE. You can track the status of your order status by going to our website in the section “Trace your order”.
